The Deputy Economic Officer of the Aba Saleh al-Mahdi (AS) Headquarters of the Sayyids of the Country said: The month of Ramadan is a month of spiritual hospitality and servitude to God. Those who benefit most from this virtue are those who accept this invitation and, relying on their self-building spirit, embark on a path that leads to divine satisfaction, goodness, and blessings.
Mohsen Amraei said: The arrival of the holy month of Ramadan and the month of prostration of love, in addition to creating a spiritual and intimate atmosphere in society, is an opportunity for prayer, supplication, night vigils, and seeking help from the court of God, which creates a heavenly spirituality and intimacy with the eternal beloved and brings the taste of supplication and prayer to the human palate. This spirituality is so great that the Supreme Leader refers to it as “a piece of paradise” that “God brings into the burning hell of our material world.”
Amraei added: God Almighty has honored humanity in this month and has sent an invitation for them to attend the divine banquet and to خلوت (seclusion) with their God by reciting the Quran, praying and confiding in Him, and showing their servitude.
He noted: The reason for the greatness of the holy month of Ramadan is the نزول (revelation) of the Quran in this auspicious month, and there is a secret hidden in the divine word that lovers of the Quran and those who are familiar with this divine word can enjoy.
Amraei said: With the connection that has been formed between the New Year and the holy month of Ramadan in the coming days, it is expected that the spring of nature, along with the spring of the Quran, will remove the dust from the hearts and souls of the servants and the people of the earth, and by polishing the souls of the servants, the ground will be prepared for a loving relationship with the Creator of the earth and sky.
He added: Performing religious duties in the month of Ramadan strengthens the spiritual and religious aspects of believers who protect themselves from the temptations of the ego and Satan and strive to improve their actions and behaviors with the opening of the door of repentance in the month of Ramadan.
The Deputy Economic Officer of the Aba Saleh al-Mahdi (AS) Headquarters of the Sayyids of the Country concluded by saying: Now, with the coincidence of the holy month of Ramadan and the New Year, we should not lose the freshness of our spirit and soul in the midst of the superficial freshness and cleaning of worldly affairs, but rather we should inject a good and spiritual state of mind into the soul and spirit of our city and country by combining these two things.
